Our word for 2020 was “Truth” and our mantra is “I am satisfied.” It has been the hardest hitting mantra for me, yet. I tailored it to fit all categories because, knowing my children, even though they might forget about God from time to time, regardless of whether a person is religious, spiritual or an atheist, these two will still remain.
Prayers for truth can be brought out in many different ways:
I pray that I life in the light of His truthI pray that I live in the truth of others’ perspectives
I pray that I live so others can see my truth
I pray that I live to see truth in others
I pray that I live to see beyond what I think is truth and trust the truth others bring to me
I pray that I live so that my truth aligns with His truth
I pray that I live so others will see His truth
I pray that I live so I can trust that what’s revealed will always remain in His plan, even if it’s not mine
I pray that I trust his plan over mine
The mantra, “I am satisfied” has different perspectives such as,
I am satisfied in You.
I am satisfied in me.
I am satisfied in my accomplishments.
I am satisfied in my efforts.
I am satisfied in my failures.
I am satisfied in others.
I am satisfied in others’ efforts.
I am satisfied in others’ failures.
I am satisfied in Him.
I am satisfied in His plans even when they don’t align with mine.
Note: For the spiritual, Him/He/His can be perceived as energy/universe/the spirit
